Help with fan problems

Greetings!

Today I installed Mint Xia on my Asus TUF (AMD) laptop.

Everything is fine, but the periodic switching on and off of the fans is stressful. It happens about once a minute.

Is there a cure for this? Or is this the norm?

Or i am worried about nothing?

First try to install TLP. This is the easiest to try:
sudo apt install tlp
see if that helps out.

After that you can try something like fancontrol:
sudo apt install fancontrol lm-sensors
