hi! I am a ~4 year GNU/Linux system & networking hobbyist and I wanted to say that linuxconfig[.]org has been my #1 learning go-to throughout these years of growing - how you all write, the topics that you all chose to cover, all while advocating for Free/Libre software, etc… f*ckin legends
nowadays, I maintain my jellyfin media server, implement tools like fail2ban, host a Tor bridge, DD-WRT/OpenWRT router, gpg encryption, aircrack-ng suite shenanigans, etc… thanks for filling my knowledge gaps throughout the years!
I want to donate to linuxconfig[.]org - how can I do this?
Thank you for your message, it was extremely motivational and truly appreciated. Your words reflect the very idea behind LinuxConfig.org. I started this project in 2007, and thanks to you, it now feels even more rewarding.
A donation is not necessary. However, if you have some spare time, any help with the forum would be appreciated. Alternatively, if you have a good idea for an article and would like to see it published, feel free to let me know (send a PM).
Also, linking to LinuxConfig.org from your blog or any other website is always welcome.
you are welcome! it is crazy how some ideas can grow to be so helpful.
I would love to help with the forum : ) I could not find how to PM here, but I did potentially find a linuxconfig email address - please let me know if you received my email (Tuta domain).
and I will keep my eyes open for new topics, although you all have managed to cover the majority of topics needed throughout my years, haha! I included one idea in my email to you.
