Literally the first step didn’t work. I typed exactly what you said to do on terminal:
“wget -0 ~/Downloads/bitwise.zip (linkname).zip”
Response: wget: invalid option – ‘0’
Usage: wget [OPTION]… [URL]…
I couldn’t even put the link in it, what kind of website is this?

The wget utility’s argument you need to add in this case is a capital “-O” (like in the word “Other”) instead of “-0” (minus zero).
