The objective of this article is to guide the reader through the installation of Grav CMS on Ubuntu Linux with the Apache2 web server.

Installing Grav is pretty easy if you have ssh access. It is difficult if you are using cpanel where you don’t have access to ssh. I am using Cloudways web hosting for php. Since I have ssh access and composer, I was able to easily install grav on the server.
