The important message here is “- 0%[ ] 0 --.-KB/s tar: /opt/popcorn-time: Cannot open: No such file or directory”. It seems the you did not create /opt/popcorn-time directory. See the Download Popcorn Time binaries section.

Where I did wrong?

You just typed incorrect filename. The file name is Popcorn-Time-0.3.10-Linux-64.tar.xz which is different from Popcorn-Time-0.3.10-Linux-64.tar. Note the extension .xz at the end.
