Hi Basavaraj,
First determine how many entries you have on you boot screen. To change default boot entry and boot timeout login to you ubuntu system and edit:
/boot/grub/grub.cfg
file.
Change time out by altering line:
set timeout=5
the above will set timeout to 5 seconds. Change default boot option by altering line:
set default="1"
the above will default to boot second entry on your boot list.
