Hi
I’ve just downloaded the latest version and plan a permanent installation for my son on an older laptop (Pentium 4 with 20GB HDD and 1GB RAM).
Trouble is, the machine only has a CDROM drive and cannot be made to boot from USB. It does have a network connection so I could install over the web (if the facility exists), or is there a current version that installs from a couple of CDs rather than a DVD?
Any help or advice will be much appreciated.
