KDE4 - Dual monitors - window absolute position

Hello,

I’ve got configured dual monitors with my KDE4:

KDE Development Platform: 4.7.2 (4.7.2) "release 5"

It is all working well. However, I wonder whether there is a way to configure particular window to open on predefined screen/monitor. For example I would like every time I open Firefox its window to pop up on my second monitor “left of”.

Furthermore, is it possible to predefine windows size?

I’m not a KDE user, so I’m not quite useful here. However, I’ve heard something about KDE 4.7 having issues with Xinerama.
