It looks pretty straightforward. I had a problem though. I’m using Ubuntu 20.04 MATE and after following your tutorial step by step nothing happened. I rebooted and I disabled MATE desktop wallpaper but none of these helped, slideshow won’t start. So, what am I doing wrong here?
