VMware Player problem " not a valid virtual machine configuration file"

Hi again

Yesterday I faced an issue with one of my VMWare virtual machine (other 2 are working perfectly) . When I try to run this virtual machine it doesn’t work I’m getting that message.

D:\User1\Documents\Virtual Machines\Ubuntu\Ubuntu.vmx" is not a valid virtual machine configuration file.
any idea what is going on, how to fix it?
