Best filesystem for Arch installation on Solid State Drive ( SSD )

I wonder what is the best filesystem for SSD and arch installation. I did some research and it seems that BTRFS or NILFS2 filesystems are recommended but it seems that they are only experimental at this stage.

What does it actually mean experimental?
What are my alternatives?

thank you

Experimental here means that you shouldn’t yet use btrfs on production systems. However, if you have a notebook with a SSD and you backup regularily, you can use it as many people do already. The idea with SSDs is that they wear off sooner than mechanical hard drives, so there are some measures of precaution to be taken.
