I installed Apache , PHP and Mysql separately on Ubuntu, Do I need to Install Lamp

I am a beginner in linux. I installed Apache , PHP and MYSQL seperately on linux. I need to Laravel Programing in linux.
Should I Download And install LAMP? And what will be added after install Lamp on my machine?
