Re-enable the onboard video

I have a new HP computer. PCI video card works.
HP says on-board video is disabled. I see an HDMI and SVGA connectors on the MBoard that have covers on them.

lspci:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Lexa PRO [Radeon 540/540X/550/550X / RX 540X/550/550X] (rev c7)
01:00.1 Audio device: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Baffin HDMI/DP Audio [Radeon RX 550 640SP / RX 560/560X]

Is there anyway to re-enable the on-board video in Ubuntu 20.04?

Or should I try a different Linux version.

Thanks!

I’d download the newest Radeon Software for Linux Driver for Ubuntu 20.04.1 and 20.04.2 (released March 22, 2021) and then follow these instructions in order to install and test it. Maybe this proprietary software allows you to select your preferred GPU.
